  • CS Clean Team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by unforeseen circumstances, including property conditions, weather, or delays beyond our control.

  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items during cleaning or related services.

Our website may include links to third-party sites. We have no control over their content, privacy policies, or practices and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and branding on our website and marketing materials are owned by CS Clean Team unless stated otherwise. No part may be copied or used without prior written consent.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

CS Clean Team – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 13 December 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of cleaning and related services by CS Clean Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to clients (“you” or “your”) in Nottingham and surrounding areas. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered
CS Clean Team provides the following services (including but not limited to):

  • End of Tenancy & Rental Property Cleaning

  • New Build & Post-Construction Cleaning

  • Private Domestic Cleaning

  • Carpet Cleaning

  • After Builder Cleaning

  • After Party Cleaning

  • Fridge & Freezer Cleaning

  • Office Cleaning

  • Pre-Move Packing

  • Oven Cleaning


Note: All services are subject to property viewing prior to quoting. Property type, size, layout, and condition may impact pricing and service scope.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Bookings may be made via phone, email, or through our website.

  • A quotation will be provided after a property visit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Services are only confirmed once a booking deposit (if applicable) or full payment has been received.


3. Payments

  • Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure a booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Full Payment: Full payment is due prior to the commencement of work unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.

  • Accepted Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, card payment, or other agreed methods.

  • Late Payments: Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of services and retention of deposits.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Client Cancellation: If you cancel a booking, the deposit will be retained by CS Clean Team as compensation for reserving the service slot and administration costs.

  • Notice Period: We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Shorter notice may result in retention of the full deposit or service fee.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require payment of an additional deposit.


5. Access and Property Requirements

  • You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled service time.

  • Any special instructions, health, or safety concerns must be communicated prior to service.

  • CS Clean Team is not responsible for items left unsecured or damaged due to pre-existing conditions or improper access.


6. Service Scope and Limitations

  • Services will be performed to professional standards, taking into account the condition of the property and any factors identified during the viewing.

  • CS Clean Team cannot guarantee specific results for:

    • Stubborn stains or pre-existing damage

    • Faulty appliances

    • Heavy soiling beyond reasonable cleaning methods

  • Additional charges may apply for unusual property layouts, extreme levels of dirt, or additional work requested beyond the original quote.


7. Liability

  • CS Clean Team is fully insured for public and professional liability.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and personal property during service.


8. Health and Safety

  • Our team will adhere to safe working practices at all times.

  • You must disclose any hazards or safety concerns before work commences.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or suspend work if safety is compromised.


9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and promotional materials of CS Clean Team are the property of the business. No part may be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

CS Clean Team reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
