CS Clean Team – Refund Policy

At CS Clean Team, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning and related services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued, and the rights and responsibilities of our clients.

1. Booking and Deposits

  • Some services may require a deposit to secure a booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.
     

2. Full Payment
 

  • Full payment is due prior to the commencement of work, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if full payment has not been received.
     

3. Cancellations and Refunds
 

  • Client Cancellation: If you cancel a booking, the deposit will generally be retained by CS Clean Team to cover administration and reserved service slots.

  • Service Rescheduling: Where services are rescheduled, deposits may be transferred to the new date, subject to agreement and availability.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of CS Clean Team, provided that any request is made promptly and in writing.
     

4. Service Satisfaction
 

  • We aim for 100% client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.

  • We will investigate and, where appropriate, take remedial action, which may include re-cleaning or partial refunds at our discretion.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
     

5. Limitations
 

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing conditions of the property beyond reasonable cleaning.

    • Delays or results affected by circumstances outside of our control (e.g., extreme dirtiness, access restrictions).

    • Any deposits paid to secure a booking that is cancelled by the client.
